How can I get a quote?
We have three options for our customers to receive quotes. The first is that we offer FREE on site estimates. If that doesn’t suit your needs you can either call us for an estimate or you can fill out the form on our website. As you enter your information, the price will adjust until you have answered all the questions.
For commercial accounts we like to have a brief meeting with you to discuss your needs and frequency prior to giving a quote.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Cleaning supplies are included. We use quality products specific to your property that wont damage any of the surfaces in your home or office. Each employee is trained on how to clean different surfaces so you never have to worry about damages.
We love using microfiber cleaning cloths while we clean. We also use a color coding system to eliminate cross contamination within the home or office and launder all used cloths and floor mops after each use.
We use vacuums with HEPA filters and wipe down all equipment and supplies with EPA registered disinfectant between properties.
The only thing we ask the customers to provide is a toilet brush per bathroom and any specialty cleaning solutions requested.
Do I have to be home for my cleaning?
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, just make sure you let us know how you would like us to access your property. We will lock up once we are finished.
Are there any commitments or contracts?
No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.
Will my pets be ok?
We love pets and we believe they should not have to be doomed to a cage when we come to their home! If your pets are friendly and don't mind us being there, then we have no problem with allowing them to roam while we are there.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.
What services do you offer?
We offer a range of services from weekly maintenance cleaning to one-time deep cleaning. We also offer turnover cleaning to short term rentals in the area. In addition to cleaning for vacation rentals we offer other services to the home owners such as guest point of contact, restocking, and linens. Window washing services is also available upon request.
How many cleaners do you send?
One cleaner typically comes to clean. For larger jobs or initial cleanings, two cleaners may be required to finish within a reasonable time. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.
How long will it take you to clean?
We use quality products, the latest technology and a proven process to get in and out as quickly as possible. While every property will be different depending on size and specific needs, we are typically on site for 2-3 hours for regular routine cleanings. Initial cleanings generally take twice as long as regular cleanings.
